-School, Jayce is now in 5th grade and Halle in 1st
-Jayce played Flag Football this Fall and Mike helped Coach the team. They won all of their games. Even though technically/officially they weren't keeping score. Tell that to the parents, eh?
-Halle and Anna are back in dance classes. Learning their Holiday dances for the Christmas Show in December.
-Hunting. Mike our Mighty Hunter went out several weekends this Fall trying to get a Deer or Elk but lucked out again. We actually were able to enjoy some of the hunts with him since we were able to go out and camp while they were there. So nice that we had trailers this year!
-Took the Kids to the Zoo over the UEA school break. Quick little afternoon trip, didn't see ALL the animals just a select few. It was a beautiful day for it though.
-Witches at Gardener Village. Tradition to go see the Witch displays. Went with Jeana and crew. The kids wanted to do the scavenger hunt thing and get a free cookie but we ended up just buying them a cookie because we were tired of walking all over.
-My Birthday. Rode the Fun Bus to Wendover with my BFF Jeana. We had awesome salads at the Buffet (that was the only thing that was good that day) and then watched the band play at the Rainbow Casino. Mike and Troy joined us after the Utah Game. Glad I didn't go to that one, it was rainy and cold. Yuck! Mom and Dad made me BBQ Ribs for dinner the next day and we all played Wii Just Dance. The best was Jason and Kim dancing to that crazy Indian one. Ha Ha!! Worst part of my Birthday is that my Driver's License expired and I have to go in and get a new one. Boo!!
-Halloween. Halle was a Vampire, Jayce a Hunter, Anna Minnie Mouse and I was Cinderella. I got off easy this year. Jeana gave us the Vampire Dress and I just added a cape and some jewelry. Anna used a Minnie Mouse dress I made last year and Jayce just wore his camo. I made my Cinderella dress and some cute glass slippers. We had a fun day. Despite the rain. We visited our families and then came home and had Wingers and Fries and watched whatever sporting event that was on that night. Mike bought a Werewolf mask and we had a lot of fun scaring the kids. We would scratch at their windows and jump out at them when they would come to check it out. Very Funny!! The kids were rather upset with us though
-11 year Anniversary. Went to the Utah Game. Yes we went to the game. Mike accidentally bought his ticket package this year for games on my birthday and our anniversary. So, we decided to go together. Thought it'd be fun since it was the black out game. Ended up being the worst game of the year. Oh well! We still had a nice anniversary anyway.
-I'm still sewing dresses. I may start teaching sewing classes for Nuttall's Bernina Stores. I will update when I know a little more about that. I was offered a job and we are working out the details.
